The high torque twin-screw extruder unit draws on domestic manufacturing technology to improve existing products and launch a new generation of high-speed, high torque, and high-power twin-screw extruders.
The gearbox body adopts thick walled cast iron body, which reduces vibration and noise. The gear tooth profile has been technically modified by drawing on foreign technology, and the gear bearing capacity has been improved; All imported bearings (SKF, etc.) are used, which improves the bearing capacity, extends the service life, and increases the torque level of the gearbox from 5 to 10.3. The threaded components and cylinder are completed by CNC machining centers, improving the machining accuracy and ensuring the installation accuracy of the entire equipment.
